Polynucleotide treatment for natural skin regeneration
Our skin tells our story – from glowing moments to the traces of time. Over the years, it loses elasticity, firmness and radiance because the natural production of essential building blocks such as collagen and elastin decreases. But what if you could reverse this process gently and sustainably – without fillers or invasive procedures?
This is precisely where the polynucleotide treatment comes in. Unlike conventional methods, which only temporarily plump up the skin, it specifically activates the body’s own regeneration processes. Your skin gradually regains its structure, elasticity and natural freshness – for a youthful glow.
Experience an innovative anti-ageing method that contributes to a visible and tangible improvement in the quality of your skin – gently, safely and over the long term.

- Hands – to restore youthful freshness and elasticity
- Acne scars and damaged skin – improvement of the skin’s appearance by promoting cell renewal
- Hair – strengthening hair growth and promoting scalp health
What are the advantages over other treatments?
Would you like to refresh your natural beauty and radiance? If you are considering a beauty treatment, there are various options – such as botulinum toxin (e.g. Botox), hyaluronic acid or polynucleotides. Their mechanisms of action differ but are not mutually exclusive – on the contrary, they can even complement each other.
Botulinum toxin relaxes the muscles in the applied area and reduces mimic wrinkles. Also suitable for treating migraines or sweating.
Hyaluronic fillers are ideal for compensating for volume loss or for plumping up specific areas of the face (such as the lips or jawline).
Polynucleotides, on the other hand, act at the cellular level, stimulating skin renewal and thus improving skin structure, firmness and moisture balance.
The use of polynucleotides in the eye area in particular has proven to be very effective. Hyaluronic fillers, for example, can cause puffiness or “puffy eyes” in the eye area. In contrast, a gel made from polynucleotides can effectively treat light dark circles, the first wrinkles and loss of volume. For a harmonious result, you can combine a polynucleotide injection with a botulinum toxin treatment or hyaluronic fillers to visibly reduce signs of ageing.

Whether as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with others – the long-term and natural effect of polynucleotides is impressive.
Harmonious result: The subtle effect of a polynucleotide treatment unfolds over several weeks or months and does not lead to artificial volume changes in the applied areas. The lasting regeneration from within improves the appearance of the skin and reduces wrinkles by increasing elasticity.
High compatibility: As polynucleotides are obtained from fish DNA (hence the name “salmon sperm facial”), they are biocompatible with the human body.
No lump formation or migration: Unlike hyaluronic fillers, there is no risk of the material spreading unevenly or potentially compressing vessels.
Non-invasive procedure: With this skin treatment, fine injections are made into the skin without surgical procedures or incisions. As a result, the skin surface remains intact, the regeneration time is short and there are no scars.
Polynucleotide treatment procedure: gentle, targeted and individually tailored

Every skin is unique – which is why the polynucleotide treatment begins with a detailed consultation. In a personal consultation, I take the time to discuss your wishes and treatment goals. I will analyze your skin type and clarify which areas can particularly benefit from the skin treatment.
During treatment, the gel or polynucleotide injection is injected precisely into the desired areas of skin using a fine needle. Thanks to the gentle technique and optional anesthesia, this aesthetic procedure is virtually painless.
The session itself lasts about 20 minutes – immediately afterwards you can go about your everyday life as usual.

For optimum results, I recommend a build-up phase with three treatments at four-week intervals. This allows the full regenerative effect of the polynucleotides to unfold. Subsequently, 1-3 refresher treatments per year are ideal to keep your skin fresh, firm and vital.
Price overview:
1st treatment | CHF 490 |
2nd and 3rd treatment after 4 weeks each | CHF 400 |
Polynucleotide treatments show long-lasting results that can remain visible for several months or even years. The exact duration varies from individual to individual and depends on various factors. These include the natural skin ageing process, your lifestyle, your skin type and the initial condition of your skin.
What needs to be considered afterwards?
After treatment, you should not massage the affected areas and also avoid saunas, steam baths, cold temperatures or excessive UV radiation (sun/solarium). The same applies to heavy physical work within the first 1-2 days after the polynucleotide injection.
There may be temporary side effects such as swelling, slight redness or small bruises, which will disappear very quickly.
What is actually behind polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are natural building blocks of life – they belong to the group of nucleic acids and form the basic structure of DNA and RNA. Polynucleotides and DNA fragments are used specifically in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery. They promote cell regeneration and tissue renewal in a natural way by stimulating the activity of fibroblasts. These cells are responsible for the production of collagen, hyaluron and elastin:
Collagen is an essential structural protein that ensures the skin’s firmness and resilience.
Hyaluron (hyaluronic acid) binds water as a moisture-retaining molecule and thus supplies the skin with moisture. It thus contributes to elasticity and enables a fresh, plump appearance.
Elastin in turn gives the skin its elasticity so that it returns to its original shape after movement or stretching.
As we age, the production of these important proteins in our body decreases, causing the skin to lose firmness and wrinkles to become more visible. The bio-stimulation of fibroblasts takes time, but ensures a deep and long-term improvement in skin structure. It is no coincidence that this skin treatment has become extremely popular in recent years – not only doctors but also well-known celebrities swear by the “salmon sperm facial”.
Why “salmon sperm facial”?
For medical applications, polynucleotides are usually obtained from the DNA of fish, especially salmon sperm. The reason? Fish DNA is a particularly safe and biocompatible source that is well tolerated by the human body.
I work with PolyPhil®, a high-quality product with the patented active ingredient PN-PTH®, which is known for its effective skin regeneration.
The salmon sperm is carefully extracted from live organic salmon trout without harming the animals. The raw material is then carefully cleaned so that no fish DNA residues remain in the active ingredient. If you are allergic to fish, I would still recommend that you refrain from polynucleotide treatment.
